Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To request a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item. Once the return has been accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
